WildApricot uses the term "bundle" to refer to dual memberships. The primary member is the "bundle coordinator." The other member is simply a "bundle member." Both members have all member rights. The bundle coordinator must do renewals for the bundle. |

Tips
Member profile | Membership Card Print your Membership card from your renewal confirmation email. Or you may request that we print and mail your membership card to you. | Manage your email preferences in your profile, on the Email subscriptions tab. There are two categories of emails: Event emails Other group emails | Cancellations Events may allow members to cancel their own registrations, online. Please cancel if you cannot come. Events may also have waitlists. |
When registering for a Forum, or renewing , you can pay by credit card or generate an invoice. Invoices may be paid in your PROFILE, in the INVOICE area. To pay for multiple events, or a renewal and events together, you may generate an invoice for each, then go to the INVOICES page in your PROFILE when you are done to make the payment. In this way, you need only enter your credit card once, to pay for multiple purchases . | Saving Credit CardsThis member portal allows members to save their credit card. UMRA does not recommend saving your credit card in this system. Best practice is to rarely save your credit card online. Note: Apple Pay is a one-click payment solution that does not require you to save or enter your credit card online, after setting it up. Paying by Check We accept checks if you do not want to pay online. | Changing your membership level Membership level can be changed from the CHANGE link on your profile page. At RENEWAL time a blue RENEW button will show in your PROFILE . If you want to change levels at renewal time, first change your membership level. Contact us at UMRA@umn.edu to apply the payment to your renewal. For help with renewals or level changes, contact UMRA@umn.edu. In a Dual membership, only the Bundle Coordinator can renew or change membership levels.
